"Coming Around Again": My Unlikely Law and Economics Journey

Dear Readers:

On February 28, 2019, I had the tremendous honor of my investiture as the Venable, Baetjer & Howard Professor of Law at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. Following a generous introduction by the Dean of the Law School, Donald Tobin, I gave a speech, the title of which is inspired by a wonderful Carly Simon song.
