My Closing Thought on the Democratic National Convention

If I had to distill the Democratic convention to a single word, one that characterized all the speeches, the broad range of participants from around the nation, black, white, liberal, progressive, conservative, women, men, all religions, gay, straight, Republicans, Democrats, Independents, and virtually ever other demographic category or personal characteristic that one might conceive, it is this: humanity. These candidates and those supporting them care first and foremost about humanity.

If the United States continues to care deeply about humanity, as I pray that it does, it will elect Biden/Harris. It's that simple. And the convention was that powerful.

As always, I welcome your comments.
